Collection from the Store

Our Birmingham based store in Stirchley is where we produce all the orders. You are able to walk in and collect from our shop. All of the items will be here to collect after the time stated when you placed the order. We have a large car park, free of charge, to the side of the building. There are regular buses, 47 and 49, from the city centre and Bournville Train Station is just a 5-minute walk away.

Postage

We use Royal Mail postage which is bagged instore and then posted out at our local Post Office. This is for the one-off items or smaller orders that do not fill large boxes. After your items are produced, they will be bagged and sent by post the next day. Items should typically then be with you within 2-3 working days however it can take longer in some cases. If you require them sooner, please let the staff members know when you place the order and they will arrange this for you.

Courier

For the larger orders that are being delivered, we will send them out with a courier service. This will be booked and then delivered the next working day. The delivery time is between 8am and 6pm on the specific day of delivery. We are unable to give a specific time slot as our courier only offers a "day" delivery slot. If you require other times or specifically before a certain time we would suggest collection from store or using our delivery service (details below).

 

Delivery

If you are local to our Birmingham store, we are able to deliver in our van to you. We can arrange a time to suite you and fit in with your day. If you let us know your requirements when you order we can accommodate your needs.
